The hyperacusis is so bad now and I don’t know what the fucking variable is. Today I was talking to someone and when I said “yes” at a normal volume it called the muscle to spasm so hard that my eustachian tube also popped. my ear physically blew out because I said the word “yes”. Tell me afucking gain how this is a neurological condition cunt. Tell me again how the most effective treatment for this condition is just explaining the symptoms to the patient. WTF. WT actual FU
